This utility costs around $50 and allows all reports, documents etc to be created as PDF files. Such files may be read by the free Adobe Reader and are secure in that, under normal conditions, they cannot be changed , making them ideal for sending Quotations, B of Qs etc. The resulting .PDF file can be e-mailed direct from within the utility.

The utility, which we use ourselves, acts as a printer and can be selected in the normal Windows way making it available to any Windows program that can print.
