The Esti-mate products use a range of Industry Standard Pricing Libraries. Each Library contains Labour, Plant, Materials and Subcontract resources and descriptive work Items including rates built up from the resources. All Libraries are fully customisable using tools are provided within the Estimating Module. This facility may also be used to locate and print elements that have been added, changed or deleted.
The available Standard Libraries include:
- Small Works Library for pricing repairs, grant-aided projects, alterations and new building work in traditional trade works. This Library is included when purchasing the Estimating Program.
- Major Works Library for pricing medium to larger building projects including refurbishment. This Library is based on Standard Method of Measurement 7 (SMM7)
- Civil Engineering.
- Plumbing and Electrical.
- ARM Library, specially developed for the EIRE marketplace and priced in Euros.
- International Priced Libraries for Middle East and Far East.
